Role: Merchandise Strategy and Retail Operations
Set and led merchandise and retail Strategy for Netflix’s Experiences business across owned & operated, touring, licensed and permanent locations globally
Aligned with internal and external partners across production, retail design, IP stakeholders, product development/creative, CP licensing, MarCom and operations
Managed relationships with Merchandisers-of-Record and Front-of-House retail/Ops partners to steer product development, inventory management, visual merchandising and retail/sales operations
Tracked retail sales performance to continually optimize retail execution across all phases, generate incremental sales and create an effective guest journey as part of the larger experience

Stranger Things: The Experience
Stranger Things: The Experience throws guests headfirst into their favorite show as they join Eleven, Dustin, Mike, Lucas, Max, and Will for a brand new Stranger Things storyline. They will venture inside Hawkins National Lab for a thrilling immersive experience and then explore an 80’s-themed Mix-Tape area with themed vignettes, unique food & drinks, exclusive merchandise, photo ops, and much more.

Queen’s Ball: A Bridgerton Experience
Guests are invited to a once-in-a-lifetime night out in a Regency-esque world as they join a magnificent ball for a unique immersive party with drinks, music, dancing, and flourishing romance. Just as the Duke and Daphne found love, they will watch as a love story unfolds before their eyes at The Queen’s Ball.
Attendees will step back in time, learn new regency dance steps and interact with actors dressed in exquisite period costumes. The Queen herself serves as host for this grand ball so guests are cautioned to be on the watch because she will be looking for her Diamond of the Evening.

Squid Game: The Experience
Guests will battle through five intense challenges inspired by the show: they’ll have to outsmart the eerie Young-hee doll in Red Light Green Light, nerves will be tested on the treacherous Glass Bridge, and they’ll need to go all-out in the epic Warships game.
And there's more! Before AND after the games, visitors will unwind and indulge at our Korean-inspired Night Market as they enjoy soju-infused cocktails, exclusive merchandise, and capture their victorious moments with fun photo opps.
