Netflix House (2025)

This experiential entertainment venue will bring Netflix’s beloved titles to life. Building on the success of past and current touring experiences for Bridgerton, La Casa de Papel (Money Heist), Stranger Things, Squid Game, and Netflix Bites, Netflix House will go further and create an unforgettable venue where visitors and fans will explore their favorite stories beyond the screen year-round. The first two locations will open at King of Prussia in Pennsylvania and Galleria Dallas in 2025.

Role: Merchandising and Retail Strategy

Set and led merchandise & retail strategy and long-term vision for the first two pilot flagships of Netflix House managing key steps along the retail, assortment plan and product development work flows.

  • Led selection process for retail design partner (RFP to final selection)

  • Defined retail strategy and plan including optimal footprints, merchandise strategies, assortment scope and product creative vision

  • Supported retail operations planning efforts

  • Laid out key retail and merchandising principles

  • Worked with best-in-class external designers to develop retail store and fixture design language to fit the dedicated footprint

  • Led selection process for retail vendor (RFP to final selection) to secure an effective product development, sourcing and inventory management expertise
